Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

â–º During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) PartyAtHomeTx reserves the right to cancel your reservations prior to delivery. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the Inflatable Amusement Device, or canceling your order. If the Renter chooses not to cancel in the event severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) occur, there will be no refund for the rental.

â–º The Renter may cancel, without penalty, due to severe weather on the morning of your event provided the call is made before workers leave the PartyAtHomeTx warehouse with your order.

â–º If an order is canceled due to severe weather by the Renter or by PartyAtHomeTx, a Rain Check for an equal amount will be issued and can be redeemed any time, up to one year of the cancellation. Rain-checks are non-transferable.

â–º If  the renter does wishes a refund instead of a Rain Check, the renter will forfeit their deposit. 

â–º Silly String – Do not spray silly string inside or on Inflatable, it will discolor the inflatable and if it is impossible to repair, the Renter will be charged full price of the inflatable in the amount of $3,500 if silly string discoloration is found on the inflatable.

â–º Sharp Objects – Make sure there are no breakables or sharp objects in or around the inflatable. The Renter will be charged a minimum repair amount of $500 if a sharp object punctures the inflatable.

â–º Water: If you have rented a dry unit, you are not allowed to use water in conjunction with the inflatable, you will be charged a minimum amount of $300 for cleaning and drying out the inflatable.

â–º Food & Drinks: All food and drinks are prohibited in or around all inflatable rentals. 

â–º  The operator/attendant(s) should remain in their assigned positions to observe the patrons and ensure they are following all safety rules inside the inflatable.

â–º  Ensure food, drinks, and gum are not being consumed while on or near the device

â–º  Supervise each patron’s ingress and egress of the inflatable. keep the device’s entrance and exit clear from onlookers.

â–º  Actively monitor patron play and continually enforce safety rules. Removes those who do not follow the safety rules.

â–º Ensure no one bounces on the step (entry ramp). The step is only to be used to assist the users on or off.

â–º Ensure patrons are not climbing or hanging from the outside walls, on top of mesh / covers or any area not intended for play.

â–º  Ensure patrons are not flipping, diving, and using aggressive physical contact on the device. Failure to follow through with this rule can lead to serious harm or death.

â–º  Inflatables with slides ensure patrons slide down slide feet first only, and only one person is sliding down at a time. It is strictly prohibited for chaperons / parents to place kids in between their legs and slide down together. Failure to follow through with this rule can lead to broken legs and severed limbs.

â–º Inflatables with slides – ensure patrons sliding down their arms are not extended to the sides .

â–º Inflatables with slides – ensure the patrons are wearing socks ( shoes or bare feet not allowed).

â–º Inflatables with slides – ensure there is jumping or diving off the slide platform or any part of the slide.

â–º Inflatables with slides – ensure only one user at a time is climbing up the climber / steps.

â–º Inflatables with slides – ensure landing area is completely clear before next patron slides down the slide.

â–º Keep the entrance and exit, along with the blower area and overall perimeter of the device, clear from onlookers.

â–º If the inflatable is not setup indoors, monitor the weather and wind speeds.

â–º Observe device inflation.

â–º  Keep public at least 5 feet from the doors, blower, electrical cords and any external power supply

â–º  Regularly check the anchoring to make sure it stays secure.

â–º  If someone is bleeding, or gets sick and vomits, or secretes any noticeable body fluid while using an inflatable, instruct all patrons to immediately exit the inflatable. Inflatables should not be used until surfaces are cleaned with a non-corrosive antibacterial cleaning solution. When possible, we try to leave a bio-hazard cleanup kit behind incase such incidents arise.

► In order to participate, all patrons must meet the height, weight, and age guidelines specified for the inflatable.

â–º Group the participants by size to avoid injury, ensure inflatable does not exceed the maximum capacity listed on the Inflatable Amusement Device

â–º Patrons attire must follow all rules indicated on the safety sign (i.e., removing shoes, sharp objects, etc.)

► Invoke the device’s capacity limits and patron rules.

â–º Instruct all the patrons on proper use of the device and enforce pre-play rules prior to their participation in the inflatable.

â–º Ensure that all users remove their footwear (except socks) and any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects from their person, such as buckles,pens, purses etc. It is advised that spectacles be best removed

â–º Ensure that users are not consuming food/drink or chewing gum in the inflatable
